High school relationships are DUMB

Disclaimer: Anything I say on this post could be full of bias seeing as how I've never dated someone before, and this is a pretty big generalization...

So, why are these relationships dumb? Because they're so fake and they distort people's minds.

I doubt anyone actually wants to listen to my rant so I'll keep it short.

1. How many people end up marrying someone in the same graduating class as them? Very few, but in high school pretty much everyone dates someone of the same grade level. For those who don't, the older of the two I'm sure gets plenty of crap from his guy pals/her gal pals about being a pedophile.

2. These couples feel the need to spend like every second possible with each other. Between almost every class they have places to meet, and then continue on to walk down the hall together holding hands being all "cute". Lunch must be spent with him or her, P.D.A. levels high, all other friends more or less ignored.

haha... what bull shit
and good job to those of you who don't do everything in 2, I can stand those people. Those who do... you bug me... a lot.

I need to do something with my life -.-

I quit everything I start... such as piano, violin, tennis, swimming, dancing. Despite how much piano music I listen to now, and how much sheet music I look at, I can't get myself to actually relearn how to play piano. Everytime I play ping-pong I think about tennis, and how I used to be decent at it but quit because people I played with were annoying. But now I'm too ashamed to start again because of the crap people will give me.
I spend hours a week watching dance videos on Youtube but I am too lazy to practice. I make up excuses like I am out of shape, and then I don't try to get back in shape. Then I say I have no one to practice with and practicing alone is boring, but when I find people to practice with, then I get lazy again.

I never cared very much about school because up until high school, it was all easy stuff. I've never studied on my own free will for school until 10th grade in Chemistry. And now I don't think I even study properly, judging from grades that I get.

Which directly or indirectly relates to college. Sure I like JMU's campus and all but as far as I know, zero other people from TJ are going to JMU, because everyone else got into somewhere better. That bothers me a little bit... but what bothers me more is that I was too lazy back in October to fill out the honors program application. So now I'm in the normal undergraduate program, which I'm afraid will become like pre-high school and it'll be easier than I'd hope for. Which will cause me to slack, get not stellar grades, and maybe eff up my future by hindering my chances at a good graduate school.

idk what to do with my life anymore -_-
I tell myself to live a life with no regrets, and that seems harder and harder everyday now. I'm always thinking, "I wish I had ______________________ instead of _____________________." sigh...

Completely unrelated to what is above the line... but wow I feel like I'm drifting away from certain friends SO FAST these days. And I can't tell if they're annoyed with me or not so I'm scared to talk to them... because I know when I'm annoyed with people I want them to shut the **** up. I'm sure other people think the same way. And... okay somewhat related.... but with college coming fast and no friends coming with me to JMU, I really don't want to be losing friends already. I won't deny the (maybe) fact that some of my good friends now will choose other people over me in college, or friends who are still going to be in high school won't talk to me as much because they'll always be hanging out with their other still-in-high-school friends, but I hope I'm not losing friends already...
